We want you to be completely satisfied with your MyeSIM purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- eSIM not activated: You have not scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM profile on any device.
- Technical failure: The eSIM cannot be installed due to a technical issue on our end.
- Wrong plan delivered: The eSIM plan delivered does not match what was purchased (wrong country, data amount, etc.).
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same plan twice.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- eSIM has been activated: Once the QR code is scanned and the eSIM profile is installed, the plan is considered used.
- Incompatible device: The plan was purchased for a device that does not support eSIM. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
- Coverage issues: Network coverage varies by location. We do not guarantee signal strength in all areas.
- Unused data: Remaining data at the end of the validity period is not refundable.
- Change of travel plans: Cancellation due to personal travel changes after eSIM activation.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@myesim.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Full refund: For eligible plans that have not been activated.
- Partial refund: May be offered at our discretion for activated plans with technical issues that significantly impacted service.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- Alipay: 3-5 business days
- WeChat Pay: 3-5 business days
- Google Pay: 5-10 business days
