1. Service Description
MyeSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for mobile devices. We act as an authorized reseller of eSIM services from various network providers. Our service allows you to purchase, download, and activate eSIM profiles on compatible devices.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
- One person may only maintain one account.
3. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are displayed in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive your eSIM activation details (QR code and/or activation code).
4. eSIM Activation and Usage
- eSIM plans are single-use and tied to one device upon installation.
- Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, unless otherwise stated.
- Data allowances are as described at the time of purchase.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
- We do not guarantee network coverage in all areas within a listed country.
5. Device Compatibility
Not all devices support eSIM. Before purchasing, please verify that your device supports eSIM functionality and is carrier-unlocked. MyeSIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
6. Fair Use
eSIM plans are intended for personal use. Commercial use, reselling, or excessive usage that affects network quality may result in service throttling or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the MyeSIM website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyeSIM or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyeSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Network coverage depends on local carrier infrastructure and may vary by location.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
